New Star Sauna Reviews

Don't waste your money here.

Went here ro get an hour massage. Was told it was $80 for 45 minutes. I said ok. Got in the room and she asked if I wanted a shower, I said.no. she said it was included in the 45.minutes. That my massage.itself would only be 30 minutes. What a ripoff. Don't go to this.place.. I took my money back and left.

I miss living in Mobile because everyone here helped me with my back pain. They are the best and so nice.

Tried to go in for a massage because it’s part of my Sunday routine. I go for a 3 mile run then to a massage parlor, and to anyone that normally run you understand how bad i needed a massage. But anyway when i arrived i was told only guys 25+ can come in. Clear red flag, there was no age limit on the site so this leads me to think other things are going on! I even tried to call multiple times to make sure there were no restrictions but that was useless no one there knows how to pickup a ringing phone. I’ve been to multiple massage parlors and was never turned away or told there was an age limit. Highly disappointed in this place!!

I saw Kim today. Nothing really negative to report. I read some of the reviews 1st. Decided to give them a go. Wasn't given a towel, yet proply given service. I asked for full body with a heavy concentration on my feet & my knees. Kim delivered 👏 🙌. Thank you Kim 😊!!
